You can return your order providing the goods are in a re-saleable condition in ALL the original packaging, within 3 days of receiving your order, if goods are faulty you will receive a full refund or exchange.

Return your item with a brief note with your full name and address on, explaining your reason for your return.

Take your parcel(s) to your nearest post office - we recommend that you send returns by registered post. Please always obtain proof of postage when returning a parcel. We always try to process returns as soon as they arrive. However, during really busy periods, please allow up to 14 days for your return or exchange to be processed. Please note that refunds bought as gifts can only be given to the original payer, and if you decide to swap an item, we can't stop the payer knowing.
